U.S. SHIPPING
Orders placed on Friday will ship on Monday. We usually do not ship on Saturday. If Saturday shipping is needed, please choose RUSH shipping.
- EXPRESS (1-2 Days in transit depending on location) EXPRESS IS NOT AN OVERNIGHT SERVICE will ship next business day (when received by 7:00 p.m. CST) and will arrive within 1-2 days once shipped. If received after 7:00 p.m. CST, order will be shipped on 2nd business day.
- PRIORITY (Approximately 2-5 days in transit, plus up to 3 full business days for processing) will arrive within approximately 2-5 business days after order is shipped. (Most priority orders do arrive within 3 days not including processing time.) RUSH PROCESSING is available for an additional fee and will ship NEXT business day. Rush processing is only available on in stock items. Rush processing is not available with Free Shipping. Rush Shipping orders must be placed by 7:00 pm CST to ship next day.
- STANDARD 7-10 Days in transit with a total time-frame up to 13 days. Standard orders will be processed and shipped to be received within 7-10 days AFTER processed and shipped. Please note that Standard Shipping WILL arrive within approximately 7-10 days + 3 days for processing. If faster service is required, please choose Priority shipping.
Please be advised that the above delivery time-frames are not guaranteed (with the exception of Express) and may arrive before or after the above time-frames. Express shipping is guaranteed according to their delivery chart by our zip code and destination zip code.

PLEASE BE SURE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. We ship to the address that the customer provides in the SHIP TO portion of the receipt. IF USPS DOES NOT ACCEPT THE "SHIP TO" ADDRESS WHEN WE ARE PROCESSING YOUR PACKAGE, WE WILL SHIP TO THE ORIGINAL ADDRESS PROVIDED FOR BILLING. We cannot be responsible for the customer providing inaccurate shipping addresses. If the wrong address is provided by the customer and package is not returned to us, we cannot provide a refund, exchange or store credit. Please double check your ship to addresses. If the package is returned to us, we will notify the customer upon receipt and send it out again to the correct address once the ADDITIONAL shipping cost is paid by the customer. IF THE CUSTOMER PROVIDES AN INCORRECT ADDRESS AND THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US FOR RE-SHIPPING, WE WILL CHARGE THE ORIGINAL CREDIT CARD ON FILE FOR ACTUAL SHIPPING AMOUNT.
