Insurance
Please purchase insurance for your protection. Itty Bitty Bundles is not responsible for items that are damaged, lost or stolen. Please email us or add a note in CUSTOMER NOTES at checkout stating you wish to purchase insurance, and your credit card will be charged $2.20 for insurance up to $50.00; $3.30 for insurance up to $75.00; $4.20 for insurance up to $125.00. Again, if insurance is not purchased, Itty Bitty
Bundles cannot be held liable for any damaged, lost or stolen packages.

WE CORRESPOND USING THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU PROVIDED REGARDING YOUR CURRENT ORDER ONLY. Your email address is used ONLY for your current order, including advising of out of stock items. We provide the utmost privacy when it comes to our customers. We DO NOT sell or provide ANYONE with your email address. We do contact you using your email address with any questions or problems that may arise with your current order. Please provide your correct email address for your best shopping experience.
Special Orders/Pre-Orders
Special/Pre-Orders are charged at the time the order is placed.
Special Orders will be processed within time-frame stated in the description. If your item is needed within a specific time-frame, please email us and we contact the manufacturer to verify if earlier receipt is possible.
Special Orders do NOT quality for free shipping.
Special Orders do NOT qualify for sale prices for discounts at any time.
Special
Orders may be returned for another size or style if unworn and in
original condition. We do charge a 15% restocking fee for special
orders that are returned for an exchange or store credit.
Return Policy
**All Returns MUST be approved via Email**
Please
review our Return Policy carefully. As we are a very small business we
offer a limited return policy. Returns are accepted for a store credit
or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase with the
**exception of the items below. Store Credits are valid for 6 months
from the date return is received. All returned merchandise must be unworn,
unused and in original condition with all original tags attached. We have the right to refuse return of any
merchandise that we determine doe not meet these requirements. Please
note that any items returned that received free shipping will have the
amount of shipping that we paid deducted from the refund. Shipping
costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping
costs. All sales are final after 30 days from date of order.

PLEASE READ:
- We only accept returns for items that are unworn, unwashed in ORIGINAL
condition with tags attached. Any return that does not meet this
requirement will be sent back to the customer and a store credit will not be provided.
- We will not accept returns without the return number RMA on the outside of the box.
- Sale merchandise or end of season items discounted 25% or more may not be returned.
- Merchandise that is completely out of stock that we no longer carry
cannot be returned.

Birthday dresses are final sale if our store is not contacted within 24
hours of delivery. Exchanges for the proper credit, please follow the Return
Instructions below.
How to return an item:
1) Email at ittybittybundles@gmail.com to receive a Return Merchandise
Authorization number (RMA#). Please be advised that receiving a RMA#
does not guarantee that the merchandise will be accepted.
2) Please print out the RMA email and include the Order#, Billing and
Shipping full name and address, telephone number and reason for
return. Please include with your return merchandise.
3) Merchandise must be securely packaged for return and sent pre-paid
with a form of tracking. Please note that you should always insure
your package and get a tracking number before returning items.
Please return items securely packaged, IN CLEAR PLASTIC BAGS and then either BOXED or sent in a shipping bag for protection,
and with a USPS tracking number and postal insurance. If item is
damaged we cannot provide an exchange or store credit unless insured.
4)
Please write the RMA# legibly on the OUTSIDE of the return package to
ensure proper and timely handling of the return. Returned merchandise
will not be processed without an RMA#.
5) Return MUST be received in our store within seven days of receipt of
RMA#. Please be sure your return arrives in our store within 7 days from the
date Return was authorized.
6) Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, Itty Bitty Bundles
Boutique will process your return and will then send an email regarding
the status of your return.
When
your return is received we will verify that the item(s)
are not worn, damaged and are in original condition with tags attached
in the proper area. If they are not in original condition, item(s) will
be returned to
customer and no credit or exchange will be provided.
If requesting an
exchange, your
item(s) will be processed within approximately two weeks. We will
email you once the exchange if ready to ship to obtain shipping
preference (standard or priority) which will be charged to the credit
card on file. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. EXCHANGES DO NOT QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING.
If
requesting a store credit, you will receive a
coupon code which will be sent to the email address on record. Coupon
codes must be used within the time stated in your email. Please note
that coupon codes do not pay for shipping. STORE CREDIT PURCHASES DO NOT QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING.
Please also note that Itty Bitty Bundles Boutique cannot accept any
packages that are sent (COD) Cash/Check on
Delivery.
Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at
the customer's expense and a credit will not be provided.

Please
note
that customer is responsible for all shipping unless we make an
error. If an error is made on our part, we will pay for ACTUAL return
shipping. We can only refund First Class, Standard or Priority
Shipping via USPS. Maximum $5.95. Shipping price must be shown on the
return package in order to receive a shipping refund.
Any
refused shipments, unclaimed shipments, "return to sender" or "no such
number" shipments will be assessed a thirty-five percent restocking fee
including the shipping cost that we paid.
If a refund is provided for any reason, please allow up to one billing
cycle for your refund to be posted to your account.
Please be sure your item(s) is/are return in ORIGINAL condition. **Original condition
means items must not have been worn, damaged or laundered, and all
items must be returned with the original tags attached in original area
(not re-attached). All items in gift packaging, mesh bags or plastic
packaging are non-returnable if opened. Any returned items that are worn will not receive an exchange or credit.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before merchandise is processed
for shipping with no service fee. Special orders or pre-orders may NOT
be canceled once the order is placed with the manufacturer. Please
contact us for the status of the order. Any refused shipments, unclaimed shipments or return to sender
shipments will be charged a restocking fee of thirty-five percent, plus the
the shipping fee that we paid will be deducted. The customer's
initial shipping charges are non refundable and customer is responsible
for return shipping if they wish to receive the package back. If
customer does not contact us within ten days of refused shipment,
unclaimed shipment or return to sender shipment, all merchandise will
be forfeited.
DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Please purchase insurance. Once your package leaves our store we are
not responsible for items being lost or stolen during the shipping
process. We highly recommend purchasing postal insurance which will be charged to your credit card separately.
Please add a note you would like to purchase insurance in the CUSTOMER
NOTES at checkout or email us. Again, if insurance is not purchased, Itty Bitty
Bundles cannot be held liable for any damaged, lost or stolen packages.
Sales Tax: All orders shipped
to the State of Kentucky will be charged 6% sales tax.

Safe Shopping Guarantee Details
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any portion of this $50.00, our store will cover the liability for you, up to the full $50.00. Our store will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at our store while using our secure server.
In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notifiy your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
How we make Shopping Safe
To ensure the security of your information, all transactions are Certified Secure and encrypted with the most advanced 256 bit encryption methods and transferred via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to AuthorizeNet.com for Credit Card processing. All your ordering information (including your name, mailing address and credit card number) is encrypted using a secure server for maximum security. Your credit card and billing information cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system.
Address Verification System
As an additional Security measure and to fight Credit Card fraud, our store uses an Address Verification System, to confirm the Billing Address of the Card Holder. Our store cannot process or ship your order without Address Verification.
Security Codes (CVV2 or CVC2)
As of April 1, 2004 we are not able to ship any credit card transactions without a Valid Security Code. This is the law and is required by the credit card companies, for all credit card transactions. If you have any questions regarding this requirement, please contact your credit card company to verify this information.
To protect your good credit and help prevent Credit Card Fraud, we now require the CVV2 Security Code on all credit card transactions. Since the card security code is a number listed on your credit card, but is not stored anywhere, the only way to know the correct number for your credit card is to physically have possession of the card itself.
When purchasing from Itty Bitty Bundles Boutique, all customers agree to the above policies, terms and conditions. Any legal matters will be brought forth in the State of Kentucky in the county of Logan.
